　JakeのＤＶＤ「ジェントリー・ウイーブス」はイメージビデオっぽく、Jakeの演奏が楽しめませんが、このＤＶＤは２００３年７月に東京・赤坂で行われたライブを収録したもので、Jakeの神業が十分に楽しめます。沖縄にルーツを持つJakeのインタビューも収録されていて、Jakeが自ら「ウチナンチュ」だと言っていて、日本に対する思いも語られています。Jakeが影響を受けたのは「ベラ・フレック＆ザ・フレックトーンズ」や「ボビー・マクファーリン」だということもこのＤＶＤで知りました。
